How does the 90-day trial work?
After you create an account, you get instant access to all the features of Property Frontier for 90 days. We don't require a credit card during the trial, so you can try out Property Frontier with no obligation.

What happens when my trial ends?
Our support team will email you before your trial expires. You can then choose one of four plans depending on the number of properties in your portfolio. Your trial account will become your permanent account, so all your data, actions and customisations will remain intact.

Can I change plans at anytime?
You bet! Upgrade/downgrade anytime right from inside your Property Frontier portfolio. We will also notify you when you exceed your plan's limit so you can decide if you want to upgrade to the next plan.

How will you bill me?
Your credit card will be charged on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?
You can try out Property Frontier obligation free. If you choose to activate your account, you will be charged monthly and can cancel at any time. There are no no long-term commitments or contracts.

What is a wishlist property?
It's a property that you consider buying or that is in the process of being purchased for which transfer has not yet taken place. You can do projections for these properties and compare them to other properties in your portfolio, but not track their performance month-by-month.
